    Roasted pork belly, smoked & pulled pork with our umeboshi egg, sweet sesame corn, green onions and blackened garlic sesame oil. Made with rich pork broth and house dashi.

    House made vegetable miso broth with vegan Kim Chi, and seasonal market vegetables topped with citrus.

    SPICY GARLIC MISO PORK

    Our rich pork broth jacked up with a mixture of miso, garlic and house made chili oil. Topped with roasted pork belly, smoked shoulder, sweet corn, sesame seeds and our umeboshi egg.
